North Buncombe will be hosting two days of individual support meetings to help families with filling out the FAFSA.
Thursday, February 1 (with assistance from Mars Hill University): 9 am- 2 pm
Friday, February 2 (with assistance from AB Tech): 9 am- 2 pm

Prior to these meetings, families will need to create an FSA ID. An FSA ID must be created separately for both the student and the parent that is signing the FAFSA. Visit the Federal Student Aid website for directions on obtaining an FSA ID. Parents will also need to have copies of, or access to, necessary financial records. The FSA website provides a list of documents needed.
